Here’s what our clients have to say…
A focus on practical skills and principles
CEP designed a customized “Supervisory Skills Certification Program” for our leadership team. Their focus on practical skills and principles gave us the guidance we needed to move our team to higher levels of effectiveness and accountability. As a result, we removed production barriers that were holding us back and limiting our success.
Inspiring Meaningful Change
After attending a training session led by Wallace, our leadership team immediately recognized his ability to inspire meaningful change. We knew he was the right person to guide us in developing a long-term vision for our agency while fostering a strong, united organizational culture.
With his deep knowledge, compassion, and dynamic engagement, Wallace helped us transform into a high-performance organization. Under his leadership, we built a culture rooted in principle-driven leadership, team collaboration, and employee empowerment. Through his emphasis on accountability and ownership, he guided our teams in understanding their roles as individual leaders who contribute to a greater collective vision.
Wallace brings unmatched energy, extensive experience, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. His ability to cultivate a solution-oriented mindset has empowered our team to take ownership of cultural change within our agency and with one another. We deeply appreciate his dedication and expertise, which have been instrumental in shaping our organization into one that thrives on excellence, unity, and purpose.
The Power of Principles in Business and Life
I want to thank Wallace Long and his Continuing Education Productions organization for the invaluable assistance provided to me when I ran my senior home care agency. After 8 years of scaling my business I found myself plateauing and knew that I had to change. I am a firm believer of having mentors but like most business owners, I felt like I had everything figured out. Home care is a non-stop, 24 hour business that feels like a runaway truck. It’s hard to find time to pause and reflect when there’s something that can go wrong at any time. I had 75 employees and 60+ clients to take care of not to mention my administrative staff.
One of the main takeaways I realized I had never incorporated in my operations was the importance of having solid principles. I felt my moral compass was in the right direction naturally but I never thought about consciously incorporating business principles into my everyday business routine and operations. I call it business principles but they are really life principles. CEP led me and my team to the principles we needed to integrate into our operation move to the “next level” of operational success. This was one area of many that Continuing Education Productions contributed in my transition as a stronger operator.
To share one principle that continues to impact me today is why folks change; “When do people change…When it hurts bad enough”. Consequences and Accountability are required.
Six years after my term ended with CEP, I sold my business successfully and now work as a consultant in my field. Wallace and CEP were a contributing factor in my evolution in business and encourage anyone to bring them in as mentors to your organization.”
Also…..let me mention that Wallace was also, what the Bible calls, a “waterer” in my finding my way back to God. Thank you.
Just what the doctor ordered
Energizing, engaging, and “just what the doctor ordered”. I was amazed at how hungry our team was for skills and leadership principles that WORK. No nonsense and very practical training. We consider CEP a part of our team.
