Supervisory Skills Certification Program

Equip your team with the practical tools and management skill sets required to create long-term cultural changes and achieve your organization’s “Desired Results.”

7 Sessions; 4 Hours each = 28 hours of intense results driven programming that will change behavior. Certification program packages essential skills training into highly interactive sessions. The curriculum for this 28-hour program was designed by a “task force” of local business and organization leaders.

Participant Certification: Program graduates will receive their “Supervisory Skills Certification” certificate appropriate for inclusion in their personnel file.

Personal Development Plan Participants will create a customized Personal Development Plan to implement in their workplace to establish long-term positive changes in their organization’s culture.
